Flex 5000
The patented Atlas FLEX 5000® in-press transfer systems are programmable, tri-axis transfers for part and tooling weights up to 1200 pounds. Proven in dozens of applications, both OEM and contract stampers alike have found the FLEX to be an affordable servo-driven system that can be integrated with new presses or used to convert existing single-operation presses into transfer presses.

On FLEX in-press transfers, the clamp, lift and transfer strokes are infinitely variable, so you can fine-tune paths for transfer cycles that are up to 50% faster than mechanical fixed-stroke transfers, while maintaining consistent control of the part.

Long-term reliability is higher because there are fewer elements to wear.

Changeover is as simple as connecting two finger rails and calling up a stored program. The FLEX in-press transfer systems are also highly affordable. An existing press can be retrofitted for a fraction of the cost of a new transfer press.
