Bundle Turn Over
Atlas bundle turnovers automate the process of reorienting sheet metal blanks, eliminating the use of cranes for this cumbersome and dangerous task and reducing the risk of damaging blank quality. The Atlas bundle turnover has simplified tooling requirements for right and left hand processing and allowed easy reorientation in situations involving inversion of edge burrs and blanks that are coated on one side only.

Optional features of the Atlas bundle turnover include loading options from one end, both ends or side loading, programmable pressure sensors, a double clamping feature, powered in and out loading and automatic weighing.

Atlas utilizes the same design concept with greater scale for our die turnover/separator unit. Die turnovers provide fast and controlled means of opening and turning over dies for cleaning, inspection and maintenance.

After a die set has been pushed into the separator from the die cart and clamped into place, the upper platen raises to separate the die halves. The lower die shoe is pulled back onto the die cart and transferred to the die racks for maintenance. The upper die shoe is then rotated 180ยช for transfer to another die rack.
