Re-Oilers
Atlas spray oilers provide programmed, additional oiling of blanks and coils for single or double unattached parts. Our compact, stainless steel construction features individually controlled, self cleaning nozzles, a self contained oil spray tank and mist collector.

Individually controlled, self cleaning nozzles distribute fluid on the entire blank, both top and bottom and eliminate waste from over spray with the ability to program only enough fluid to cover specific areas of the blank. Nozzle and fluid temperature are controlled to maintain lubricant viscosity.

Atlas oilers are PLC controlled with the ability to store and retrieve spray patterns based on part requirements via touch screen user interface. Individually controlled spray nozzles allow flow rates to be adjustable to control drop size and coverage. The unit is compatible with oil or water based fluids.
